| 摘 要： | 以健康荷斯坦奶牛为试验对象,研究慢性冷应激对血清内分泌激素水平的影响规律.结果表明:随着环境温度的季节性下降.血清T3、T4、ALD含量升高,其中-20.2℃时血清T3含量最高;血清T4、ALD含量均在-15.1℃和-20.2℃时较高;血清INS含量各组间差异不显著(p>0.05).表明慢性冷应激可能影响奶牛血清中某些...

| Abstract: | This paper looked at the effect of chronic cold stress on endocrine hormone of holstein lactating cows.The results showed that: Following the decrease of environmental temperature,the concentration of T3、T4、ALD in serum was raised.The concentration T3 was the highest at-20.2 ℃.T4、ALD were higher than other groups at-15.1 ℃ and-20.2 ℃.The concentration INS in serum had no significant effect between groups(p>0.05).It was concluded that chronic cold stress may affect the secretion of some hormone in serum. |
