摘    要:以东北地区含水量25.2%的苜蓿干草捆中所含主要真菌黑曲霉和草酸青霉为菌种材料,测定乙酸、甲醛对其最低抑菌浓度(MIC=minimal Inhibition Concentration).结果表明,乙酸的黑曲霉MIC为1.5%,草酸青霉MIC为0.7%,甲醛两种真菌的MIC均为0.2%.

Abstract:The studies on several additives for storing high moisture alfalfa hay at northeast region of China were conducted.The 25.2% moisture alfalfa hay was taken as the material to determine Minimal Inhibition Concentration(MIC) of ethanoic acid,the formaldehyde on Aspergillus niger and Penicillium oxalicum Currie & Thom.The result shows that the MIC of ethanoic acid is 1.5% and 0.7%,the MIC of formaldehyde is 0.2%.
