| 摘 要： | 本文用正交试验法，对提取大豆甙元的诸因素进行了研究。采用８５％乙醇回流提取４次，５％Ｈ２ＳＯ４保温水解８ｈ，大豇 凶得率为３．２％。

| Abstract: | The paper studies factors that extraction of Daidzein by means of orthogonal experimental method. Deidzein extraction rate was 3. 2% under return extraction 4 times with 8% alcohol and beat preservation hydrolysis 8h in 5% H2SO4. |
