| 摘 要： | 地方本科院校"订单式"人才培养是学校和用人单位共同培养高素质技能型专门人才的重要途径。"订单式"人才培养可以搭建一个较好的办学平台;解决地方本科院校工学结合、顶岗实习等难题。文章通过对地方本科院校酒店管理专业方向人才培养模式的实践与探索,认为实现了学历教育和技能教育的有机融合的"订单式"人才培养模式是一种非常好的人才培养模式,具有一定的推广借鉴价值。
