细根皮层的研究进展

皮层是细根初生结构的组成成分,对水分养分的吸收与运输产生重要影响。近些年来,对皮层结构与功能等方面的研究已成为国内外研究的热点,尤其是内外皮层中凯氏带与木栓对离子吸收、运输的阻碍作用以及通道细胞对离子吸收转运的影响。本文从内皮层、外皮层以及通道细胞等方面,对皮层结构与功能的研究现状进行综述,分析皮层对物质吸收与运输的影响,为深入开展皮层的研究工作提供新的研究视角。

Research progress on fine root cortex

The cortex is the basic part of the primary root body and represents an important constituent of the root,both structurally and functionally.Many studies focused on the structure and functions of the cortex at home and abroad in recent years,especially the impacts on water and ions uptake and transportation of endodermis and exodermis,as well as the passage cells.The paper elaborated on the basic structure of the cortex,including the endodermis,exodermis and the passage cells,the cortex＇s affection on the absorption and transportation of fine roots were concluded and discussed.Meanwhile this paper helps to lay the foundation and provide the new perspectives for future study on cortex.
