| 摘 要： | 通过研究，确定了高聚物涂层腐蚀失效的主要机理，即涂层防护功能的丧失主要是由于腐蚀介质的渗入；分析了评定防腐性能的现状及存在问题，提出了对涂层性能的综合评定方法，这将提高研究结果的准确性和可靠性；同时提出了进一步研究的内容，对合理选材，失效分析，工程设计，新型涂层材料研究均具有较大的指导意义。

| Abstract: | By researching on active service of high polymer coatings, its corrosion failure mechanism is determined and it is with permeation of corrosive medium, from which coatings failed in protective function. Based on the analysis of present situation and defect of evaluating anti corrosive properties, a synthetical method is put forward for testing coatings, which will improve the accuracy and reliability of testing results. Further studies are defined at the same time and it is highly conductive to selecting suitable material, analysing failure, designing in engineering and researching on new coating materials. |
