叶尔羌鼓鳔鳅烂尾病的研究

对叶尔羌鼓鳔鳅烂尾病的病变器官进行剖检和显微观察，并对病原菌进行分离培养、纯化，做药敏试验。结果表明：导致叶尔羌鼓鳔鳅烂尾的病原菌为条件致病菌，培养后的菌体呈圆形、无色、半透明、微隆起状。该病原菌对卡那霉素、多黏菌素、庆大霉素、环丙杀星等抗菌素敏感，对氯霉素、痢特灵中敏，对其余抗菌药物不敏感。感染该病原菌的鱼尾鳍充血、溃烂，最后造成鳃、肝脏、肾脏等器官均产生不同程度的病变，直至死亡。经联合使用该病原菌敏感的药物防治，能收到较好的疗效。

Histopathological Research on the Hedinichthys yarkandensis

Proceed the anatomize examination and microscope observation to histopathological pathological changes organs of Hedinichthys yarkandensis. Separated culture germs and did the drug allergy, Result indicated : the Histopathological germs of the Hedinichthys yarkardensis was a condition causing germs . After culturing ,the germs was round ,no-color, semi-transparent and slight-hump . This germs was sensitive to kanamycinum , polymyxinun,gentamicinum and ciprofloracin , lightly sensive to gentamicinum and furazolidone, and not sensitive to other antibiotic . Lnfected this germs the bud scale of the tail would loose and the skin would decay .In the end ,the organs such as branchia liver and kidney would went on pathological changes until death. Through mixed with the drug which was sensitive to germs to prevent and cure this disease , could receive the good curative the good curative effect.
