摘    要:Study progresses of vaccines that are control-release are introduced in this paper. Study on vaccine of control- release dosage form and variety of development are summarized since 10 years home and abroad. These formulations are prepared by some macromolecule materials such as PLGA, PLA, PLG and PELA, which include microsphere, microcapsule, microemulsion, nanocapsule and nanosphere, used as carrier of delivery antigen and adjuvant. Microcapsulation technology, which biodegradative materials are used as capsule wall material can protect vaccine from being degraded and make it reach focus place, resulting in the optimal immunity responsion, so it is an effective way of developing control-release vaccine and has a well future.
