| 摘 要： | 利用百合的花托、花柱、花丝、柱头、茎段、鳞片进行组织培养并获得再生植株.研究中发现百合不同外植体以及鳞片不同部位的材料分化形成小植株的能力存在较大差异;百合组培中形成胚状体的途径有4条;2.4-D对胚状体形成具双重效应.

Studies on the Embryogenesis and Plant Regeneration of Improved Variety of Lilium |

| Abstract: | The plant regeneration were obtained from flower receptaele,style,thrum,stigma,stem and scales by tissue culture. The result showed that ability of plant regeneration had obvious difference from different explants or single scales in different position tissue by Lilium casablanca. This experiment showed the embryogenesis had 4 form. 2, 4 D had double efficacy in exbryogenesis which mean no suitable growth hormone consistency would lead to vitreous shoots,and the shoots would recovery the growth hormone consistency by adjusting during early vitreous shoots. |
