"中宝杀球散"对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的疗效试验

本试验以AA肉用雏鸡为实验动物，用纯中药制剂中宝杀球散进行了抗鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫的药效试验。试验共设7个组，中宝杀球散治疗组和预防组、中西药结合治疗组、盐霉素预防组、地克珠利治疗组、空白对照组及攻虫对照组。结果表明，中宝杀球散治疗组、中宝杀球散预防组、中西药结合治疗组、盐霉素预防组以及地克珠利治疗组的ACI值分别为149．78、173．10、214．16、141．90、195．73。表明中宝杀球散作为预防用药较治疗用药有更好的效果，且中西药结合用药表现出突出的抗球虫效果，可以考虑联合用药方案。

Anticoccidial Effects of"Zhongbao Antiprotozan Powder" against Eimeria tenlella in Chickens

AA chickens were chosen for the experiment to research the anticoccidial effect of "Zhongbao Antiprotozan Powder",a preparation of Chinese herbs.The results demonstrated that the anticoccidial index(ACI) of "Zhongbao Antiprotozan Powder" treatment group was 149.78,ACI of "Zhongbao Antiprotozan Powder" prevention group was 173.10,ACI of combination of "Zhongbao Antiprotozan Powder" and diclazuri treatment group was 214.16,ACI of salinomycin prevention group was 141.90,ACI of diclazuri treatment group was 195.73.The effect of "Zhongbao Antiprotozan Powder" as prevention was superior to that as treatment.Combination of "Zhongbao Antiprotozan Powder" and diclazuri had the excellent effect.It is worth to utilize two-drug regimen.
