基于BCC模型的滨州市农业发展投入产出效率研究

摘    要:本文以滨州市2009-2020年间的统计数据为研究样本,构建农业投入产出评价指标体系,采用BCC模型对其农业投入产出效率进行分析。BCC模型分析表明,滨州市农业投入产出的综合效率(TE)较高,且纯技术效率(PTE)高于规模效率(SE),滨州市农业投入产出的综合效率(TE)对于纯技术效率(PTE)具有较强的依赖性。总体分析,滨州市农业投入产出效率较高,受规模化影响较大,存在一定程度的投资冗余和管理问题。应加大农业科技投入,扩大农业生产规模。

Abstract:This paper takes the statistical data of Binzhou City from 2009 to 2020 as the research sample, constructs the agricultural input-output evaluation index system, and uses the BCC model to analyze its agricultural input-output efficiency. The BCC model analysis shows that the comprehensive efficiency (TE) of agricultural input and output in Binzhou is higher, and the pure technical efficiency (PTE) is higher than the scale efficiency (SE). Efficiency (PTE) has a strong dependence. The overall analysis shows that Binzhou''s agricultural input-output efficiency is relatively high, which is greatly affected by scale, and there is a certain degree of investment redundancy and management problems. Investment in agricultural science and technology should be increased to expand the scale of agricultural production.
