农业类干部院校参与农民职业技能培训的实践与创新研究

以农业类干部院校为例，探讨在传统的培训课程体系中纳入面向农民的职业技能培训，目前存在职业技能培训体系不完善、相关实践性师资队伍匮乏和课程设置方向不明确等困境，为此，应采取构建统一框架，锻造合格教师队伍，创新教学内容，联通地方平台等具体策略和路径，以期实现农业类干部院校参与农民职业技能培训工作的顺利开展。

Practice and Innovation Research of Agricultural Cadre Colleges Participating in Farmer Vocational Skills Training

Taking the agricultural cadre college as an example, discussing the inclusion of vocational skills training for farmers in the traditional education curriculum system, this paper summarizes the difficulties existing in the college, such as imperfect vocational skills training system, lack of relevant practical teachers and unclear course setting direction, and puts forward specific strategies and paths for building a unified framework, forging qualified teachers, innovating teaching content and connecting local platforms. In order to realize the smooth development of agricultural cadre colleges participating in farmers vocational skills training project.
