摘    要:玉米作为世界主要的粮食作物和重要的饲料及工业原料,其转基因研究一直备受关注。近年来,应用基因枪、农杆菌介导、花粉管通道等转基因技术对玉米重要农艺性状进行遗传改良,在抗虫、抗除草剂、高赖氨酸、雄性不育、抗旱耐盐等转基因新品种方面取得了重大进展,抗虫和抗除草剂及两者复合性状的转基因玉米新品种已在全球16个国家大面积推广,产生了巨大的经济、社会和生态效益。本文概述玉米转基因技术及应用现状等方面的研究进展,并探讨了未来的发展趋势和研究方向。

Abstract:As the main source of world food, feed and industrial material, maize has been paid more attention in the transgenic research. Recently, by transgenic technology, such as Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, particle bombardment and pollen-tube pathway, the significant progress has been made in breeding of transgenetic maize to improve agronomic important traits, such as resistance to herbicide, insect, disease, drought and salts tress, and high lysine content, male sterile, et al. Biotech maize with herbicide tolerance or insect resistance or stacked traits has been commercialized in 16 countries and has shown remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits. In this paper, the current status were summarized and future perspectives were proposed. of maize transgenic technology and its application
