| 摘 要： | [目的]为防治鸡球虫病提供合理的用药方案。[方法]以1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡为试验动物，复方中药（青蒿、常山、仙鹤草、地榆炭、当归等按一定比例合成。）和盐霉素（西药）为供试药品，对肉仔鸡人工感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫，然后将供试药物按一定剂量拌入鸡饲料，研究复方中药和西药单独及联合用药对鸡球虫病的防治效果。[结果]盐霉素组、0．50％、0．25％、0．10％和0．05％复方中药组的抗球虫指敷和鸡存活率分别为124．51、113．55、138．74、146．70、117．03和80．00％、70．00％、83．33％、86．67％、66．67％，2组中西药结合组的抗球虫指数分别为136．44和131．11。[结论]0．1％复方中药的抗球虫效果最好，且优于常用抗球虫药物盐霉素，而中、西药联合用药并无明显的抗球虫效果。
