摘    要:利用虚拟仪器技术设计了温室覆盖材料的热工性能测试台的测试系统TMS(Thermal Measurement System),阐述了系统的测试原理和方法,给出了硬件组成、软件设计和传感器的选用,以及数据处理优化算法的实现。该系统可完成测试台的温度、风速、加热功率参数的采集及覆盖材料传热系数的计算,应用该系统既提高了测试精度又节省劳动力,提高了测试效率。

Abstract:A Thermal Measurement System(TMS) for greenhouse covering materials based on virtual instrument technology was developed, which included the design of hardware and software, the selection of sensors, and the method of dealing data. This system can not only realize the data acquisition of temperature, wind speed and the power of heating, but also carry out management and calculation. As a result, the stability of the experiment process increased, the measurement accuracy and experiment efficiency were improved.
