| Abstract: | Based on analyzing two major resource advantages of Fuzhou city to create national forest city, the pa-per discussed the construction strategies in terms of construction idea, construction target, construction content and construction layout, and proposed relevant suggestions. The study is aimed to provide references and experiences for other cities to create national forest city. |
