| 摘 要： | 城市边缘区是农村与城市的过渡地带,具有农地利用市场程度高,集约利用和流转频繁等特点.我国边缘区农地利用没有发挥其应有的特点,边缘区土地类型复杂多样,许多农地被低效利用或是浪费了,甚至农业用地被过度转为非农开发,城市边缘区农地利用矛盾重重.应该从稳定边缘区农业生产、加强边缘区土地的规划管理、规范边缘区土地流转和建立科学的定级估价体系等方面来加强我国边缘区农地利用.

| Abstract: | The edge district of city is a buffer area between country and city.It has the characteristics of high market degree in using the farmland,intensive using the farmland and frequent move and so on.Now the use of farmland in edge district in our country does not exert its character.However since the style of farmland in buffer area is complicated,much farmland is used at a low efficiency or is wasted.Moreover some farmland is used excessively for the reason of non-agriculture development.Thus the use of farmland this area is full of contradiction.In order to strengthen the use of farmland in edge district,we should stabilize the agriculture production,strengthen the management of layout on farmland,normalize the move of farmland and establish a scientific value system in the edge district of city. |
