福建笋子芥种质资源遗传多样性的RAPD分析

摘    要:从200个随机引物中筛选出10个引物,对11份笋子芥材料进行RAPD分析,并对笋子芥遗传多样性和分类进行研究.结果表明:10个引物共扩增出93个位点,其中多态性谱带65条,多态性程度为69.9%;平均每个引物产生9.3条多态性谱带,每个引物可扩增出7-13条,谱带大小为100-2000 bp.聚类分析结果表明,遗传距离为0.38时,11份笋子芥可聚成四大类群.

Abstract:The genetic polymorphisms in Brassica juncea var.crassicaulis Chen et Yang of eleven cultivars were analyzed by RAPD.Ten primers selected from two handred primers amplified 93 DNA fragments and 65 bands showed polymorphisms that occupied 69.9% of the whole amplified bands.Each primer could amplify 7 to 13 polymorphic bands,with an average of 9.3 bands.The length of most amplified fragments ranged from 100 to 2000 bp.Cluster analysis showed that the tested materials could be divided into four groups at the level of D=0.38,which evidently showed the variations in some important traits of B.juncea var.crassicaulis.
