由于气象因素对污染物扩散起着重要的作用，所以在环境质量评价的过程中，经常需要进行气象数据的计算，且计算量很大。使用计算机处理大量的气象数据有高效、快速、准确的特点，但商品软件价格很贵，而且使用不够灵活，二次开发比较困难。本文讨论了用常用软件EXCEL实现气象数据自动计算的方法，该方法简单易行，计算速度快，与办公软件结合紧密，功能上达到或超过了商用软件的水平。

The design and application of an EXCEL book for automatic processing meteorological data in environmental quality assessment

For the important effect of meteorological factors in pollutant diffusion process,the environmental quality assessment needs to treat with mass meteorological data.The use of computer in processing data liberated people from computing,but ready-made software is usually too expensive or maybe lack of agility in special use.This paper will introduce a novel method of meteorological data processing.This method use,the widely used software,EXCEL,which is a part of MS OFFICE software,the newly constructed EXCEL book can process meteorological data fast and exactly,which is a practical method in environmental quality assessment.
