| 摘 要： | 通过模拟人工胃液和肠液的环境,采用单因素和正交试验探讨草本植物效素对酒精分子的掩饰现象。在55ml人工胃液,30ml草本植物效素,250ml酒精度50%白酒,40min条件下酒精度可达1.7%。通过SAS软件,精度可达0.2%。在上述条件下添加人工肠液150ml,未测出其酒精度,SAS软件预测结果为0.0017%。因此,草本植物效素具有解酒功效。

| Abstract: | Alcohol was covered-up in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice.The alcohol were 1.7% and 0.2%,by single factor and orthogonal experiment.Under the condition of the artificial gastric juice 55 ml,efficiency elements of plants 30 ml,alcohol 250 ml(50%Vol)and 40 min,alcohol degree reduced to 0.001 7% which could be forecast by SAS.The heavy drinkers may be sober if you eat the efficiency elements of plants. |
