| 摘 要： | 研究不同激素对胚性愈伤组织生长的影响,实验结果表明,陈山红心杉胚性愈伤组织在诱导阶段和增殖培养阶段,NAA对愈伤的增殖效果存在较大差异。在诱导阶段,2,4-D的效果比NAA强得多,但是,在继代培养阶段,NAA也表现出较好的效果,6-BA对胚性愈伤组织的生长显现抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of different hormones on the embryogenic callus growth of Chenshan red-heart chinese fir were studied,the results showed that proliferation effects of NAA on callus were very different at the stage of induction and proliferation culture of embryogenic callus of Chenshan red-heart chinese fir.The effect of 2,4-D was much better than that of NAA in the induction stage,while NAA also showed good effect in the proliferation stage,6-BA has apparent inhibition for the growth of embryogenic callus. |
