摘    要:对我国油料中农药残留限量和检测技术现状与发展趋势做了综述。我国油料中农药残留限量与美国、 欧盟等发达国家和组织差距很大,检测技术也相对落后。我国油料农药残留分析前处理多采用浸泡振荡、超声波 提取和液- 液分配、柱层析等传统方法,存在提取效率低,净化不彻底问题,导致检测结果精确度偏低。利用超临 界萃取( SFE)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等新型前处理技术实现对油料中农药残留的充分提取和净化,是未来油料中 农药残留检测的发展趋势。

Abstract:Maximum residue limit standards and analytical methods for pesticide residue in oilseeds were reviewed in this paper.The methods for sample extraction and cleaning up included vibration after immersion,ultrasonic treatment,liquid-liquid partition and column chromatography.New extraction and cleaning up techniques such as SFE and GPC combined with GC/MS,HPLC/MS would be widely applied for pesticide residue detection in oilseeds in the future.
