| 摘 要： | 介绍了RFLP、RAPD、AFLP和SSR等4种常用的DNA分子标记技术,以及DNA分子标记技术在木薯育种中的应用,包括基因标记与定位、遗传图谱构建、QTL分析、标记辅助选择等,简要分析了分子标记在木薯辅助育种中存在的问题并对其应用前景进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: | The paper introduced four DNA molecular marker techniques of RFLP,RAPD,AFLP and SSR,and the applications of DNA molecular markers in cassava breeding were reviewed,included the location of genetic markers,construction of genetic linkage map,QTL analysis and marker-assisted selection,The present problems were analyzed in molecular marker assistant breeding and the development of the technology has a great potential in application. |
