不同氮磷钾施用水平对甘薯经济指标的影响

应用311—B拟饱和最优回归设计，通过氮磷钾肥配比田间试验，拟建甘薯施用氮磷钾肥对经济产量、施肥利润及淀粉、可溶性糖、蛋白质、维生素C等含量的效应函数，寻优结果表明，甘薯氮、磷、钾优化施肥组合为N：231．72kg/hm^2、P2O5：41．18kg／hm^2和K2O：333．05kg／hm^2，其施肥利润和可溶性糖、蛋白质含量均达最高，分别10776．60元／hm^2和170．9g／kg、52．76g／kg；经济产量和维生素C为次高，经济产量为41．102t／hm^2，每100g含维生素C89．62mg；仅淀粉含量稍低，为710．8g／kg。

Effects of Different NPK Application Levels on the Economic Characters of Sweet Potato

The effect functions of NPK applications on the economical yield, fertilization profit and the contents of starch, solubility sugar, protein and vitamin C of sweet potato were worked out by field experiments of NPK applications with 311-B best regression design of supposed saturation. The results showed that the best NPK application for sweet potato was N:277.83 kg/hm~2N, P_2O_5:64.59 kg/hm~2 and K_2O:126.53 kg/hm~2, getting the best fertilization profit of 10 776.60 yuan/hm~2 and the best solubility sugar content of 170.9 g/kg and the best protein content of 52.76 g/kg, better economical yield of 41.102 t/hm~2 and better vitamin C content of 89.62 mg/100g, only lower starch content of 710.8 g/kg.
