| 摘 要： | 近红外光谱分析技术已经成为农业与食品无损检测的主要方法，其可实现快速、准确和多组分分析。为此，综述了近红外光谱分析技术在农业与食品检测中的研究现状，分析了近红外光谱分析技术的特点及优缺点，指出了当今国内外研究中存在的问题，并对其发展趋势进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | The paper is about the application of near infrared (NIR) spectra technique for non-destructive mea- surement on field of agriculture and food. The principle of NIR spectra is briefly introduced and the latest study of this field is described in the paper. Some considerable aspects existing in the researches are also pointed out. Then the possible research trend for the future is assumed at the end of the paper. |
