天女木兰叶片形态特征的数值分析

摘    要:对天女木兰7个分布区11份标本的叶片形态特征进行主成分和聚类分析.结果表明:主成分分析选出3个主成分,差方累计贡献率达到90.454%,叶片长、叶柄长/叶片长、叶宽分别是第1,2,3主成分的主导因子;7个分布区的11份天女木兰种质资源可分为两类,第一类包括取自吉林石湖的SH1及SH2和河北祖山的zs,表现为叶片大而薄,叶尖钝尖,叶基呈楔形或圆状楔形;第二类包括取自浙江清凉峰的QLF、安徽黄山的HS1及HS2、贵州雷公山的LGS1及LGS2、贵州麻江的MJ、广西猫儿山的MES1及MES2,表现为叶片普遍较厚,叶尖急尖或渐尖,叶基呈圆形或心形.聚类分析结果表明:种群间的亲缘关系远近与地理位置密切相关.

Abstract:The cluster and principal component analysis were used to study the leaf morphology of 11 specimen of Magnolia sieboldii in seven distribution areas of China. The results showed:principal component analysis was performed to select three principal components and their cumulative contribution of variance accounted for 90. 454 percent. Lamina length,lamina length/petiole and width were dominating elements in the first, the second and the third principal component respectively. In cluster analysis, based on the data of leaf index, 11 Magnolia sieboldii germplasm resources of seven areas could be divided into two categories:class I come from SH1 and SH2 of Shihu in Jilin Province and ZS of Zushan in Hebei Province respectively, the leaf is large and thin, the leaf apex is blunt, the base of the leaf is wedge or cone wedge;class [l come from QLF of Qingliangfeng in Zhejiang province, HS1 and HS2 of Huangshan in Anhui province, LGS1 and LGS2 of Leigongshan, MJ of Majiang in Guizhou province and MES1 and MES2 of Maoershan in Guangxi respectively, the leaf is thicker generally, the leaf apex is acute or acuminate, the base of the leaf is circle or heart. Clustering analysis results show that the genetic relationship between population and the geographical location is closer, the lamina shape will be similarity and its genetic relationship will be closer.
