闽北5种阔叶树种叶绿素特征研究

摘    要:以闽北5个阔叶树种闽粤栲(Castanopsis fissa)、酸枣(Ziziphus jujuba)、木荷(Schima superba)、米老排(Mytilaria laosensis)和桤木(Alnus cremastogyne)为研究对象,采用SPAD-502叶绿素计测定不同树种叶绿素含量,比较不同树种新叶和老叶叶绿素含量,分析叶龄、方位及叶龄与方位的交互作用对不同树种叶绿素含量的影响,结果表明:5种树种新叶和老叶叶绿素含量大小依次均为闽粤栲〉木荷〉酸枣〉米老排〉桤木;闽粤栲、酸枣和木荷3种乡土树种叶绿素含量差异显著(P〈0.05),米老排和桤木2种引进树种叶绿素含量差异不显著(P〉0.05);3种乡土树种叶绿素含量普遍高于2种引进树种;叶龄、方位及叶龄与方位的交互作用对不同树种叶绿素含量均无显著影响(P〉0.05).上述结果证明:造成不同树种不同方位、不同叶龄叶绿素含量差异的主要来源并非是方位、叶龄或方位与叶龄的交互作用,而是源于不同树种间的差异,这可为闽北地区阔叶林选种的判断提供依据.

On Chlorophyll Character of Five Broad-leaved Trees in North of Fujian

Abstract:Taking five broad-leaved trees of Castanopsis fissa, Ziziphus jujube, Schima superba , Mytilaria laosensis , Alnus cremastogyne as the research object, application of chlorophyll meter SPAD-502 to measure chlorophyll contents of different species, the chlorophyll contents of new leaves and old leaves were compared in different species, analyzing the effects of leaf age and orientation on chlorophyll content of different species, the results showed that : the order of chlorophyll content of new leaves and old leaves in five species were Castanopsis fissa 〉 Schima superba 〉 Ziziphus jujube 〉 Mytilaria laosensis 〉 Alnus cremastogyne ; Chlorophyll content of three native tree species of Castanopsis fissa, Ziziphus jujube, Schima superba had significantly affected on chlorophyll content ( P 〈 0.05 ), however, there was not significant effect on introduced tree species ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the chlorophyll content of native species is more than that of introduced species;the leaf age, orientation and interaction of leaf age and orientation had no significant effect on different species ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The leaf age, orientation or interaction of leaf age and orientation had not significantly affected on chlorophyll content among different species. This provides an important basis for selection of broad-leaved trees in North of Fujian.
