直肠前壁低度恶性间质瘤3例临床分析

目的探讨直肠前壁低度恶性间质瘤的诊断及手术治疗效果．方法回顾性分析3例直肠前壁低度恶性间质瘤患者的临床资料．结果3例患者均行手术治疗,经病理及免疫组化证实均为直肠低度恶性间质瘤．其中,2例完整切除,1例未完整切除．未完整切除者术后16个月死亡,另2例现无瘤存活．结论直肠前壁低度恶性间质瘤临床虽极少发生,但术前仍可作出初步诊断,病理及免疫组化可确诊,术中要尽可能完整切除肿瘤,这是治疗的关键,可明显改善预后．

Clinical Analysis of 3 Cases of Malignant Rectum Anterior Wall Stromal Tumors

Objective To explore the diagnosis and operation treatment of the anterior wall of the rectum malignant stromal tumors. Method Clinical data of three patients with anterior wall of rectum malignant stromal tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Results The three cases were treated with surgical operation and confirmed to be rectal malignant stromal tumors by pathology and immunohistochemistry. Two patients were treated with complete resection, and the other one was treated with incomplete resection and died on month 16 after the operation. Conclusion Although the low-grade malignant stromal tumor of the rectum anterior wall is very rare in clinic, it is possible to make an initial diagnosis for it and confirm it through the pathological and immunohistochemical methods. The key to treat it is to remove the tumor tissue completely as possible, which can improve the prognosis of the patients.
