摘    要:目的探讨引发急性脑血管病合并水电解质紊乱的原因及预后情况.方法采用回顾分析法对急性脑血管病患者临床资料进行分析,并观察其血清中血钠、血钾、血氯的变化情况;动态监测患者电解质水平,并给予相应的激素治疗;观察患者。肾上腺皮质机能减退症状.结果收治的120例患者中有100例逐渐好转,其余20例在进行水电解质纠正的过程中予以激素治疗后血钾、血钠以及血氯水平恢复正常.结论低钠血症是引发急性脑血管病患者并发水电解质紊乱的主要原因,通过纠正电解质水平,可以改善患者预后.

Clinical Observation of 120 Acute Cerebrovascular Disease Cases with Electrolyte Disorder

Abstract:Objective To discuss cause and prognosis of acute cerebral vascular diseases with water electrolyte disorders. Method Clinical data of patients were analyzed retrospectively. The electrolyte changes monitored dynamically,such as serum sodium, potassium and chlorine level, the therapy with adrenococortocoids, and the adrenal cortical hypofunction followed up were examined and analyzed. Results 100 cases among of 120 treated patients were gradually improved, and blood potassium, sodium and chlorine levels of the remaining 20 patients returned to normal after the corresponding adrenocoticoid therapy. Conclusion Hyponatremia is main reason causing acute cerebral vascular disease with water electrolyte disorders, indicating that correcting electrolyte disorder can improve the prognosis of patients.
