摘    要:凝结芽孢杆菌是一类能形成芽孢的乳酸菌,作为动物和人类的益生菌广泛应用。本试验从健康猪肠道分离细菌,将分离到的细菌进行形态特征观察,以及生理生化鉴定,并进行耐酸、耐胆盐、热稳定性及抑菌试验。结果表明,分离菌为乳酸凝结芽孢杆菌,具有优秀的抗逆性能,能够抵抗pH 3.0处理3h,0.3%胆盐处理8h,能够耐受100℃、30min处理,抑菌试验表明,该菌株对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌均有较强的抑制作用。这些特征使该菌具有作为益生菌候选菌应用的潜力。

Abstract:It has widely known that coagulated bacillus is a kind of spore-forming lactic acid bacteria, and its naive features are beneficial to both people and animals' health. In this study, it was aimed to isolate a lactic acid bacteria strain from the digestive tracts of healthy swine by improved MRS medium.Then, the isolated bacteria was evaluated by the morphological, physiological, and biochemical tests, as well as heat, acid, bile salt resistant, and bacteriostatic experiments were. The results showed that this new strain bacteria was bacillus coagulans, which was resistant to pH 3 for 3 h. meanwhile,its survival rate in the presence of bile(0.3%, 8 h) was still 79.4 %. This strain could also retain its activity at 100 oC for 30 minutes,and be actively against to E. coli and Salmonella.In conclusion,all of those indicated that this new strain might be potential as one of the most effective probiotics candidates.
