摘    要:应用单体分析法对21个"中国春"单体与"高优503"小麦品种(系)杂交的F1代进行细胞学观察,选取单体植株观察其芒性状表现并进行分析,得出2A组合F1代的单体植株有芒而其他组合无芒,"高优503"的2A染色体上存有促进芒表达的隐性基因。

Abstract:A set of 21 monosomic of Chinese spring was used to cross with Gaoyou503.Through observation of the chromosome behaviors in root cells and in pollen mother cells and the character of awness of F1,it was found that there was a recessive gene of having awn on chromosome 2A of Gaoyou503.And another gene inhibiting the appearance of Spelta type spikes was also located on chromosome 5A(Just the same as Sears E.R.).
