| 摘 要： | 采用机械共混的方法将坡缕石用于丁腈橡胶N41、N32的填充补强.试验表明:机械共混能够使坡缕石与丁腈橡胶达到纳米级复合;坡缕石用量达35份时其补强效果与30份半补强碳黑相当;用硅烷偶联剂等对坡缕石进行改性,可以改善坡缕石与丁腈橡胶复合材料的物理机械性能.

| Abstract: | Polygorskite was filled in in N41 and N32 by mechanical blending.The results showed that polygorskite/NBR composite made by mechanical blending was nano-composite,the properties of NBR composite filled with 35 quantities of polygorskite were tantamount to those filled with 30 quantities of half-reiforced black carbon,and properties of polygorskite /NBR composite could be improved by using coupling agent silane to modify polygorskite. |
