试论二十世纪三、四十年代甘肃国统区农业结构的转变

抗战时期,国民政府在“抗战与建国“并行的方针下对甘肃农业经济进行了大力开发.此次开发在一定程度上改变了甘肃农业的生产结构,特别是种植业结构、生产关系结构和生产技术结构变化较大.同时,农业中高等教育机构及科研机构的建立,开启了甘肃农业近代化之门,使甘肃农业结构由传统向近代转变.但是,对非必需作物的限种以及鸦片禁种并未全面施行,在一定程度上对甘肃农业的全面发展产生了不利影响.
