摘    要:本文用虚拟水水足迹计算方法计算分析了2006年福建省的水足迹,采用相关评价指标对水足迹现状进行分析评价.结果表明,福建省2006年的水足迹总量为363.42亿m3,其中,内部水足迹为312.55亿m3,外部水足迹为50.878亿m3,人均水足迹为1021.4 m3,水足迹占可利用水资源的22.39%,水资源消费自给率为86%.针对福建省水足迹状况、结构组成、虚拟水进出口贸易等方面对水资源综合管理和开发利用提出了几点建议.

Abstract:The water footprint of Fujian Province in 2006 was calculated and analyzed on the calculation of virtual water footprint,and the current state of water footprint was analyzed and evaluated by means of related evaluation indexes.The result shows that the total quantity of Fujian Province water footprints is 363.42×108 m3 in 2006,its internal water footprint is 312.55×108 m3,its external water footprints is 50.878×108 m3,per capita water footprints is 1021.4 m3;total water footprints account for 22.39 percent of available water resources;and its self-sufficiency rate of water resources consumption is 86%.According to current state and structure of water footprint,import and export trade of virtual water,etc,some suggestions are put forward for a better integrated management and exploitation of water resources.
