| 摘 要： | 剥取小于0.3mm的马铃薯茎法进行组织培养。在诱导愈伤组织和愈伤组织分化成芽过程中采用不同的激素条件，诱导培养基为MS＋6－BA2mg/L＋NAA0.1mg/L＋蔗糖3％＋琼脂0.6%，分化培养基为MS＋GA30.5mg/L 蔗糖3％＋琼脂0.6%。这种方法可提高分化成芽率，最后获得马铃薯脱毒苗。

| Abstract: | We cut the stem apex of potatoes and make their size less than 0.3 mm.Then put them on medium to carry out tissue culture.We use the different hormone conditions in the course of inducing callus and splitting up buds:the inducing callus culture medium is MS+6 BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+sugar 3%+agar 0.6%, the splitting up buds culture medium is MS+GA 3 0.5 mg/l+ sugar 3%+agar 0.6%.This method increased the successful rate of splitting up buds.At last , we can get virus free seedlings. |
