摘    要:以厚皮甜瓜‘黄河蜜3号’近轴端、远轴端子叶以及下胚轴作为外植体,在多种激素配比组合的培养基上进行分化诱导不定芽试验,并对发生的不定芽伸长和无根苗发根进行培养基的筛选.结果表明:适合‘黄河蜜’不定芽诱导的外植体材料为近轴端子叶,培养基激素组合为MS+2.0 mg.L-16-BA+0.1 mg.L-1IAA;伸长培养基激素组合为MS+0.1 mg.L-16-BA+0.1 mg.L-1IAA;生根培养基为1/3MS.

Abstract:The regeneration ability of Cucumis melo L. cv. 'Huanghemi No.3' was studied.Three different explants,proximal cotyledon,adaxial cotyledon and hypocotyl,were cultured in mediums of different hormone combination to induce adventitious bud,and the best elongation and rooting medium were choose.The results showed that the best explant for adventitious bud inducing was proximal cotyledon,the optimum hormone combination was MS+2.0 mg·L-16-BA+0.1 mg·L-1IAA,the optimum bud elongating medium was MS+0.1 mg·L-16-BA+0.1 mg·L-1IAA,and the best in vitro rooting medium was 1/3MS.
