我国农业科技推广体系现状、问题及对策

从我国的农业科技推广体系现状出发,发现现有的农业科技推广体系以行政体系为主导,在市场经济条件下显得渠道单一,信息传导效率低下,投入受制约,影响了科技推广的效率。在此基础上提出以农业科技产品的属性为出发点,构建我国农业科技推广的双轨机制,以加强信息传递的效率、分散财政投入的压力等。

Countermeasures to the Questions of Agricultural Science and Technology Spreading System

From the present situation of our country's agricultural science and technology promotion system,we find that the dominant channel is the administrative system.Under the market economy condition it appears too unitary to meet the need,leads to the low efficiency of information transmission and the constraint of investment,and has affected the efficiency of technical promotion.On such a basis,the paper points out some countermeasures: to build the doubletrack mechanism with the product attributes as the starting point,so as to strengthen the efficiency of information transmission and lessen the pressure of administrative investment.
