| 摘 要： | 通过对临安市农林产品加工企业的实地抽样调查，分别从企业规模、技术创新、经营管理水平、职工状况、企业盈利能力、企业营运水平、企业偿债能力七个方面剖析了农林加工企业的现状，比较了其优势与不足，提出了加大技术创新和人才培训、引进力度等建议。
