摘    要:目的]探索最适的食用NaCl浓度,为合理健康膳食提供科学依据。方法]以野生型黑腹果蝇为材料,在含有不同浓度NaCl(0、10、50、100、200mmol/L)的培养基上培养果蝇,分析NaCl对果蝇幼虫生长发育、子代果蝇数目、成虫体重、群体的雌雄平衡等所产生的影响。结果]含低浓度NaCl(10mmol/L)组子代蛹化数目和子代羽化数目有所增加;而高浓度NaCl组(100、200mmol/L)子代蛹化数目和子代羽化数目明显减少。不同浓度NaCl对子代果蝇体重的影响并不明显,但是随着NaCl浓度的提高,雄蝇体重和雌蝇体重都有减轻的趋势。结论]一定量的NaCl能够影响果蝇生长发育、子代数量,干扰果蝇群体的雌雄平衡,影响子代果蝇体重。
