| 摘 要： | 从期望效应概念入手,阐述了期望效应对教育的影响,论述了为实现教员期望的良性循环,如何获得期望效应的方法,通过对学员全面客观的分析形成恰当的期望,并在教学过程中将这些期望通过合适的途径传递给学员,以达到提高教学效果的目的。

| Abstract: | The article demontrates the influence of teacher-expectation effect on education from the definition of teacher-expectation effect and presents how to acquire the method of teacher-expectation effect in order to realize the better cycle of teacher-expectation.Through objective analysis of students,appropriate expectation is formed and transformed to students through proper ways in order to improve the teaching effects. |
