摘    要:以不同光质对河套蜜瓜的不同器官的培养进行了研究。结果表明:(1)不同光质对河套蜜瓜愈伤组织的形成有很大的影响,其中,兰光对子叶和叶片培养的愈伤组织的形成有明显的促进作用,而红兰混合光对茎段培养的愈伤组织的形成有明显的促进作用。(2)不同光质在河套蜜瓜茎尖培养中,以红兰混合光对嫩茎的形成有明显的效果。(3)不同光质对河套蜜瓜根系的生长有明显的影响,其中,红光和红兰混合光对根系有明显的促进作用。

Abstract:Effects of different light quality on different organ culture of Cucumis melo L., var. cantalupensis Nant were studied. The results showed: (1) Formation of callus in C. melo var. cantalupensis Naut was greatly influenced by different light quality. Blue light could promote the formation of callus on cotyledon culture and leaf culture obviously, so could mixing light of blue and red on stem culture. (2) Mixing light had great effect on the formation of young stem in meristem culture. (3) The growth of root was influenced greatly by different light quality. Mixing light of blue and red could promate the growth of root.
