马铃薯栽培品种的配合力分析——A法和B法及不同世代对试验结果的影响

摘    要:本试验采用4个综合性状好的马铃薯栽培品种或高代无性系,通过双列杂交设计,对配合力分析时田间采用A法(在不同区组种植同一组合不同基因型个体)和B法(在不同区组种植同一组合相同基因型个体)进行了比较,同时对实生苗世代和无性一代配合分析的结果进行了分析.结果表明:(1)在小样本(每小区定植30株)的情况下,田间试验采用A法会使随机区组方差分析的结果出现误差,从而使以后的分析失去依据;(2)在以上情况下,采用B法比较可靠,同时还可以计算组合内遗传变异系数,作为组合选择潜力的一个指标;(3)实生苗世代和无性一代配合力分析结果存在着差别、无性一代配合力分析的结果表明:85T-13-8为优良亲本.


COMBIN ABILITY ANALYSIS OF POTATO CULTIVARS(S. TUBEROSUM L.) IN SEEDING AND F1 CLONAL GENERATION -THE EXPERIMENT RESULT INFLUENCED BY METHOD A AND METHOD B AS WELL AS DIFFERENT GENERATIONS
Abstract:By using a diallel cross system, combing ability of four cultivars was analysed in his experiment in seedling and F1 clonal generation. The results show that: (1) in the smaller ample situation (30 genotypes/plot), the result of variance analysis of RCBD would be nfluenced by using method A (planting different genotypes of one combination in different locks) as field experiment design, so method B (planting identical genotypes of one ombination n differnt blocks) is more suitable; (2) another advantage of method B is that ntracombination enetic coefficient of variation could be estimated through it;(3) the results of combining bility analysis in seedling generation are different from those in F1 clonal generation; so his experiment suggested that analysis be done in F1 cloned generation. The result of F1 lonal eneration indicated that 85T-13-8 was the best parent material.
