叶子花重瓣品种DOD基因序列比对分析

摘    要:叶子花品种的苞片色彩丰富艳丽,是研究颜色表达调控的优良材料。对调控甜菜色素合成酶的DOD基因进行比对分析,以探讨叶子花的DOD基因与其苞片颜色表达的关联。通过对5个具有不同苞片颜色的重瓣叶子花栽培品种DOD基因转录组测序,应用软件ClustalX 2.0进行DOD cDNA序列比对分析,结果显示其序列同源性达100%,其调控色素合成的功能基因序列并没有差异。叶子花重瓣栽培品种的不同苞片颜色的表达与DOD基因对色素合成的调控可能无直接关联。

Abstract:The cultivars of Bougainvillea are very rich in bract colors and good materials for studying colour expression.The paper studied the relationship between DOD gene and colour expression in the bracts of Bouga-invillea cultivars by analyzing DOD cDNA sequence that regulate the synthetase of betalain,The DOD cDNA of five Bougainvillea multi-bracted cultivars was cloned and sequenced respectively.The comparison of sequence indicated that there was no difference in DOD cDNA among the 5 cultivars with different bract colours.Therefore,it was preliminarily concluded that colour expression in the bracts of Bougainvillea cultivars is not directly correlated with the DOD gene regulating the pigment biosynthesis.
