摘    要:从系统发育的角度,利用已建立的甘蔗抗旱生理鉴定技术评价甘蔗属5个种及其衍生品种资源的抗旱性,从中筛选出江西竹蔗、NCo310、ROC5、福建斑茅等几个在甘蔗育种中可利用的强抗旱种质材料。同时,研究结果还表明抗旱性强的种质材料或含有较高的割手密种血缘,一般都在12.5%以上,或基础种质的世代较低,或者这些抗旱性强的种质材料含有较高甘蔗近缘属植物斑茅的血缘。

Abstract:In order to overcome the obstacles such as narrow genetic base and low drought resistance in sugarcane breedings,drought-resistant germplasms were screened and identified for the sugarcane genetic improvement of drought resistance.Four highly drought-resistant clones,such as NCo310,ROC5,E.arundinaceus(Retz) Jeswiet.from Fujian,Jiangxi Zhuzhe(S.sinense Roxb.),were identified from 31 clones of 5 Saccharum species with the established physiological evaluation techniques for drought resistance.The drought-resistance in sugarcane germplasms was contributed to more chromosomes from S.spontaneum L.or E.arundinaceus(Retz) Jeswiet.
