| 摘 要： | 耕地资源安全是土地资源安全的核心,耕地资源安全关系到粮食安全。通过建立区域耕地资源安全评价指标体系,测算了湖北省咸宁市耕地资源安全各分项及综合指数,并分析了近年来咸宁市的耕地资源安全状况,结果显示:咸宁市耕地资源安全综合指数总体偏小且总体下降较快,耕地资源安全程度不高,形势严峻;咸宁市耕地资源安全变化的原因主要是耕地数量的变化。提出了保障耕地资源安全的相应对策,为区域耕地资源的可持续利用提供了理论依据。
