| 摘 要： | 目的]研究母本直播和移栽对皖稻153杂交制种的影响。方法]以皖稻153的母本1892s和父本RH003为试验材料，直播田中母本1892S于6月1日播种，播始历期为71—72d，移栽田中母本1892S于5月28日播种，播始历期为76～77d。待种子成熟后，取3个田块进行实际测产，并随机抽取10穴植株测定株高、穗长、总粒数、实粒数、结实率、千粒重等农艺性状，研究母本1892S直播和移栽对皖稻153杂交制种的影响。结果]母本1892S和父本RH003的播差期，直播田较移栽田推迟4～5d为宜。直播田的有效穗增加，每穴的有效穗、穗粒数和结实率均相应减少。直播田的平均实际产量为143kg／hm2，移栽田为185kg／hm2。结论]水稻母本直播制种技术具有省工、节能和效益高的特点，应提倡和推广该项新技术。
