摘    要:目的]分析与比较4种不同培养基质处理下丛枝菌根(AM)真菌对洋葱幼苗的侵染动态。方法]选取4种不同培养基质,在温室盆栽接种后每隔12d对洋葱幼苗进行1次处理,比较菌根侵染率、侵染强度和丛枝丰度的大小,以观察不同培养基质处理下AM真菌Glomus intraradices对洋葱幼苗的侵染动态,同时测得在接种后6、8、12和16周时基质中孢子数及菌丝量。结果]随着接种时间的增加,所有不同培养基质处理下的AM菌根侵染率、侵染强度和丛枝丰度,基质中的孢子数及菌丝量均随之增加,其中2号和4号基质增加的幅度高于1号和3号处理,尤其是4号基质。结论]4号基质下的AM真菌更易于侵染洋葱幼苗,且易于形成丛枝、孢子及菌丝。

Mycorrhizal Colonization of Onion Seedlings Inoculated with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Different Substrates

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to analyze and compare the tendency of mycorrhizal colonization of onion seedlings inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal in four different culture substrates. Method] Four different culture substrates were selected. Through the inoculation of greenhouse pot experiment,and every 12 days after inoculation of onion seedlings to conduct a treatment,the colonization rate,infection intensity and arbuscular abundance in size were compared to observe the tendency of mycorrhizal colonization of onion seedlings inoculated with the AM fungus Glomus intraradices in different culture substrates,while the measured of the spore number and the amount of mycelium after inoculated for 6 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,16 weeks. Result] With the inoculation time increased,all the different treatments of medium under the AM mycorrhizal infection rates,infection intensity and arbuscular abundance,the spore number and the amount of mycelium in substrate volume grows,in which No.2 and 4,the rate of increase is higher than that of 1 and 3 treatments,in particular,of medium No.4. Conclusion] Comparing with the substrates of 1 and 3 processing,it is easier for AM fungus to invade the onion seedlings and form the arbuscular,spores and the hypha in 2 and 4 substrates.
