茎直径变化诊断棉花水分亏缺程度的试验研究

摘    要:在利用DD型直径生长测量仪测定筒栽棉花茎直径变化的基础上,分析了环境因素对茎直径变化的影响,以及不同土壤水分条件下茎直径变化差异,结果表明:反映茎直径变化特征的2个主要参数(日最大收缩量MDC和日增长量DI)均能诊断作物水分亏缺状况,但MDC值受环境因素(净辐射和空气饱和差)的影响较大;DI值在同一土壤水分条件下比较稳定,比较适宜作为衡量作物水分亏缺程度的指示指标。

Abstract:Stem diameter changes of cotton cultivated in pots were monitored continuously by using stem growth measurement transducer(DD-type). The effect of environmental factors on stem diameter variation, and the difference of stem diameter variation in different soil water status were analyzed. Research results showed that two parameters which can characterize stem diameter variation, including maximum daily contraction(MDC)and daily increase(DI) were sensitive to plant water status. MDC was influenced by many environment factors, such as solar radiation, and vapor pressure deficit. DI was relatively constant in same soil water condition. It was a responsible indicator to soil water deficit.
