厚朴优良无性系选择技术

摘    要:随着经济的发展,需求量不断增加,厚朴野生资源一直处于超负荷运转,亟须人工培育,满足市场要求。通过从1年生实生苗中选择出的超级苗,用磗插方式培育出无性系苗木进行表现型测定,初步选择出了16个厚朴优良无性系,它们的1年生苗高比对照苗木平均高出27%。

Abstract:With the economy growth and constantly raise on demand of Magnolia officinalis Rhed.et Wils,the wild Magnolia officinalis Rhed.et Wils resource was far from enough,the cultivating is highly necessary to meet the market demands. The super stocks selected from the 1 year seeding,were cultivated into clones by cutting and the growing performance were tested in this paper. The preliminary selected 16 superior clones of Magnolia officinalis Rhed.et Wils,their heights of 1 year stocks were 27% higher than the normal 1 year stocks.
