摘    要:利用三次均匀B样条曲线逼近凸轮机构从动件位移线图的方法,可使设计者通过交互界面直接操作图线进行修正,以降低最大加速度及最大跃度,使加速度曲线光滑,从而多目标优化从动件的动力特性。该方法计算简捷,通过交互界面提供运动线图及有关数据,据此确定需要修正及预修正的点的位置,并通过界面接收设计者的数据。优化过程可视、可控、易于操作。计算结果表明,该方法逼近效果好,在距原位移偏移量很小的情况下,可达到较好的优

Abstract:This paper presents a method to approach the displacement curve by taking advantage of the B spline curve. By the method users are capable of directly modifying curves on a computer screen to decrease the maximum acceleration and the maximum jerk and also to smooth the acceleration curve, thereby to optimize the multi objectives of the dynamic characters of cam mechanism. The method provides the figures and data to determine the positions of the points which may need or not to be changed and to access new data from the designers by an interact interface. The optimization process is visualizing, controllable and easy to operate. The last part consists of 4 design examples. The results prove that the B spline curve can be used to approach the displacement curve well and acquire optimal result with very small drift.
